Diener & Associates has been helping business people become more successful since 1989, when Mike Diener opened his office in Falls Church, Virginia after a successful career as Director of Accounting and Finance in a government contracting firm.

Having worked in the government contracting space for over 25 years, I can bring value and a nuanced perspective to any client or situation. I’ve advised clients on requests for equitable adjustments, strategic pricing, and in various government negotiations that have earned or saved them millions of dollars. I’ve also walked countless clients through the gamut of DCAA audits, enabling them to win or continue performing on lucrative government contracts. Through all these accomplishments, the long-lasting relationships that I’ve built with my clients are my proudest achievements.
